Give yourself an acupressure massage and you'll have true beauty from within. Massaging your skin will release chi blockages and improve your circulation bringing blood and oxygen to the skin. Pressing facial acupressure points will soften lines and tighten the skin. The massage will help your body eliminate toxins and produce collagen. Your skin will be refreshed, toned and rejuvenated. You will have a more youthful appearance.

To firm and uplift your lower face massage the lower face and chin. To firm and improve the appearance of a double chin press one thumb width under the chin in a space there for 60 seconds. Take the flesh at the back of your jawline between your thumb and curved index finger and turn it in a clockwise motion. Keep doing this around the jawline. Here's another double chin fix. Tilt your head back and look up at the ceiling. Then turn your head slowly to look behind you and turn back with your head still tilted back. Repeat in the other direction.

When you massage the eye area use a gentle pressure. Don't press too hard. Press the space between your eyebrows with three fingers for about 60 seconds. Press every space across your eyebrows for at least 10 seconds. Starting at the inner brow press around the eyes at the brow line and upper cheekbone. Repeat this five times. Put your index fingers in the indentations a half inch under the inner edge of your eyebrows. These points are under the brow bone on the side of the narrowest part of the nose. Carefully press in and up on these points. Then put your index fingers on the upper ridge of the eye socket under the pupils and press gently.

Always begin your acupressure face lift by pressing or massaging the LI 4 point. The LI 4 point is in the webbing between the index finger and thumb. When you hold your thumb and index finger together LI 4 is the highest point on the flesh protruding between them. Massage and press the LI 4 point for at least a minute. Massaging and pressing points in and around your ears is detoxifying. It will freshen and improve the appearance of your skin.

Then thoroughly massage your hands, wrists and ears. Massage the entire ear area pressing every spot on the ear and around it. Then massage your face, head and neck. Now pay special attention to the forehead and massage every part of your forehead and temple. Press every spot on your forehead and temple. Then press some points that are above the pupils of your eyes. These points are above the pupils under the hairline and in the middle of the forehead and on the eyebrow. Then press the points at the inner and outer ends of the eyebrows. Next press the points at the inner and outer corners of the eyes on the bone. Then press the points on the bone below the pupils of the eyes and on that bone at the midpoints between the corners of the eyes and that point.

Press the points under the corners of the eyes on the cheekbone. Then press the points under those points at the level of the bottom of the nostrils. Next press the points beside the nostrils. Then press under the nostrils, under the nose and above the upper lip. Next press the points next to the lips. Then press the points under the center of the lip to the tip of the chin. Move your hands up to the space in front of your ear lobes. Press the points on the side of your face there down to the jaw and keep pressing them down your neck to the collar bone. Massage the lower face and jaw area. Press over the mouth and nose area. Then press the points up the center of the back of your head starting at the hairline in back moving up to the hairline in front. Massage or press these points for at least 10 seconds.

These acupressure points are beauty points used to improve the complexion, skin and appearance. Be sure to include a massage of the Heavenly Appearance acupressure point in your beauty routine. This point is in an indentation under the ear lobe behind the jawbone. Massage the Facial Beauty acupressure point to improve your complexion and facial circulation. This point is at the bottom of the cheekbone under the pupil of the eye. Also massage the Four Whites point beneath the lower ridge of the eye sockets under the pupils in a depression of the cheek. Massage the Wind Screen point which is in a depression behind the ear lobe. Massage, press and hold these points for 60 seconds three times a day for healthy skin.
